Editorial & Commercial Separation
The Empire Times maintains a strict separation between advertising and editorial operations. Advertisers have no influence over our news coverage, story selection, or editorial positions.
Advertising We Accept
- Display advertising from recognised brands and businesses
- Programmatic advertising through vetted networks
- Clearly labelled sponsored content and native advertising
- Newsletter sponsorships with full disclosure
Advertising We Do Not Accept
- Ads for illegal products or services
- Misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent advertising
- Content that promotes hate speech or discrimination
- Political campaign advertising
- Ads that interfere with the user experience or editorial content
Labelling of Paid Content
All paid placements — including sponsored articles and native advertising — are clearly labelled as "Sponsored," "Advertisement," or "Paid Partnership" so readers can always distinguish commercial content from editorial content.
